Bio:

I was born in Westminster, Maryland and lived there until I was 13 years old. My parents bought a campground to run near Knoxville, Tennessee so we moved there. From an early age, I knew I wanted to a career in technology so I attended a technical college to acquire the necessary training . I graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Network Security & Forensics and an Associate’s in Information Technology. My first job was a helpdesk administrator and I worked my way into a full infrastructure engineer. Technology has always been a passion of mine and I learn as much as I can about it – on and off the clock. I met John Smith through my first job and kept in contact with him over the many years. In 2019, my wife and I moved near one of our favorite cities, Boston, Massachusetts. We found a house in Hudson, New Hampshire and have enjoyed living in New England. Outside of work, playing video games and woodworking are some of my hobbies. I also enjoy the outdoors and like to hike.

Role:

As a new addition to Conversant Group, you can find me on the Managed Services side of the house. I hope to contribute my expertise to improving efficiencies and offerings from Conversant Group. My true passion is projects involving customer interactions. It’s such a pleasure to take a disjointed, messy infrastructure and craft something that contributes to the customer’s success.

Even with my short three weeks at Conversant Group, I can tell it is a very different sort of place to work. My co-workers are some of the smartest people I’ve ever met. I love bouncing ideas off them and coming up with unique and sound solutions. In my first week in Chattanooga for orientation, I felt more welcome than I ever have starting at a new job. Even though I’m remote in New Hampshire, I still feel like a part of the team and my input matters.
