Bio:

I am an award-winning sales representative with over 26 years of sales experience, including over 3 years of IT infrastructure and security consulting. I hold sales certifications with Cisco, Citrix, Nimble, HPE, VMware, and Fortinet. I also hold the Cisco Account Manager and A+ certifications. I care about our customers, listen to their needs and am always seeking to grow my knowledge to assist Conversant Group’s growing customer base.

Role:

As a Business Consultant, my role is to build, grow, and improve relationships with new and existing customers by engaging the customers in their IT and Security needs. This is accomplished by listening to the needs of customers to uncover the pain points and weaknesses, engaging our engineering experts to offer improvements, and advise them on current IT solutions that will meet their business objectives as well as overcome the problems that exist for them. I hold meetings and calls with clients, schedule demos, follow-up on customer needs, schedule technical engagements between customers and our engineers to answer highly technical questions, build quotes, and hold calls with vendors to discuss current opportunities. I also maintain several technical sales requirements for Conversant Group to maintain required vendor training and sales knowledge.

My desire is to provide first-class support by answering any questions our customers and prospects might have about a product or service and act as a liaison between consumer and manufacturer. I also coordinate to assist them in communicating with our engineering experts to make sure that we meet their needs and answer all their questions, and exceed their expectations
