Bio:

I grew up in a small town in Northwest Ohio, but I currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona. I earned my bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Toledo and master’s degree in Education Administration. Upon entering college, I never imagined I would work in Project Management, and certainly not in Information Technology.

I am one of four siblings, and I put myself through school by working in bars and restaurants. So, I thrive in fast-paced, busy, and chaotic environments. I now have over six years’ experience in project coordination/management. When I am not working, I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy golfing, playing with my dogs, spending time by our pool, watching sports with my husband, and working on our house.

Role:

I am a Project Coordinator for Conversant Group and the Administrator of our Project and Portfolio Management System. Being part of the PMO at Conversant Group is especially valuable because we move at such a quick pace and our engineers have an abundance of work on their plates. We help them organize, prioritize, and manage this work so that, together, we can provide the best results to our clients.

I am proud of the balance the PMO provides at Conversant Group. We specialize in the non-technical aspects of the day-to-day work, so that our engineers can focus their time on quality work. Project Coordination fits my skillset perfectly. I love the challenge of organizing the chaos and keeping our team on track with all the efforts they have moving simultaneously. Additionally, I enjoy putting my analytical nature to work cultivating processes to help streamline work in such a challenging environment.
