Bio:

I have had over 20+ years working in the IT industry starting with Desktop support and moving up to where I now support Infrastructure of all kinds.  I have worked for hospital systems with multiple locations and over 300+ physical/virtual machines. I have also worked with smaller customers with 1 or 2 servers and a few employees. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and have been trained on multiple technologies. Currently, I am pursuing my VMware Certified Professional – Datacenter Virtualization for version 6.7, which I plan to accomplish before the end of January.

Role:

As a member of the Managed Services team, my primary role is to provide IT consultation and support to our customers in regards to their datacenter infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, server, storage, and virtual environments whether they are physical or virtual. Some of the products that I work closely with include VMware and Microsoft Operating Systems. I support hardware such as Nimble, EMC, Cisco UCS, HP, and Dell (server and storage products). I also take a supporting role with our (RMM) Remote Management and Monitoring solution. It is used to keep our customers up to date on patches and provide monitoring to alert our customers of system issues before they become a larger problem.
