Renewals Coordinator

The Renewals Coordinator (RC) will be responsible for supporting the inside sales and accounting departments of Conversant Group.  The RC will work closely with the Inside Sales Accountant and the Inside Sales Account Manager.  The primary duties of the RC will be to track renewable products and services for multiple customers and to prepare the necessary renewal quotes.  In addition, the RC will work closely with the Inside Sales Account Manager to submit deal registrations for key sales opportunities. Furthermore, the RC will help with various administrative tasks, as needed. 

Specific Job Responsibilities & Tasks: 

  • Track renewable products and services expiration dates
  • Manage multiple partner portals
  • Update critical dates on internal configuration items 
  • Communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders regarding key renewal dates and necessary actions
  • Create quotes for renewable products and services
  • Create budgets and forecasts for upcoming renewals, including pricing and terms
  • Create deal registrations for valid opportunities in partner portals
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Strong technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, concise, and efficient
  • Should be flexible and able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strict confidentiality is required with sensitive company information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Required education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Required experience:  

  • 1-2 years in a professional working environment
  • Data entry or accounting experience preferred
